My New House at Ponggol Vista is here..
Bibi and I have decided for a 3 room flat as, His parent have sold the 3 Room flat which was surppose to be for us for his grandfather medical fee.. So choice have to get another new bird nest of ours... Its most proberly going to be Ponggol Vista Blk 602A... As for the unit number we have not selected cause we just recieved it recently... This Wednesday is the selection le.. But we still havent choose the stupid unit number yet... Dear is so fussy over the"NUMBERS" keep wanting those numbers that are so called "NICE".. ahaha... SO old minded.. kekekee....
Our price range are like from $121,000 - $145,000 not too expensive.. And we decided to let the HDB do the Flooring works and Timber Door for us at $3500. Our floor in the room are going to be Timber wood and Living room should be Cermics ba.. hahaha... SO excited... Hoping to get my house fast... Then can Er Ren Shi Jie le... So sweet... Somemore my LESSIE IS JUST STAYING AT MY NEXT NEXT BLOCK!!!! WEEEEE~~~~~~~~~~
